Nigerian Politicians and their Spoilt-Brat Abroad

My visit to Canada on Sunday was another eye-opener. It was impromptu and it yielded result.

I remember that in the early 80s during the Shehu Shagari era, most NPN – National Party of Nigeria, members were buying houses in the most expensive places in UK buying mose exprensive cars with registration numbers as NPN 1 etc.

Things have changed now. Even before politicians used to send their kids to the US who live in Georgetown, one of the most expensive places to live in Washington DC. Their kids go to American University and other expensive schools. These kids, drive the most expensive cars and spend money (US Dollars) like crazy.

We have people (Nigerians) who are in schools and working odd jobs to pay their tuitions. These rich kids just get the education but never used it. They don’t even work because their parents have stolen too much money. So their education is just a waste but people who wanted to use the education to help develop the country don’t have the financial means to do so.

Now because the United States has increased surveilance on them, they have found a new haven in Canada.

Their kids now go to school in Canada, driving Bentley, Rolls Royce living in Downtown Toronto; in Condominiums with cost ranging from $350,000 to $1M.

One of these kids is a son of a Yoruba Senator. This boy according to people in Toronto is around 28 years. He drives Rolls Royce to Local restaurants to eat Amala. The interesting part is that the registration tag on the Car is “NEWMONEY.”

Some of them spend credit card with unlimited credit on it. One day one of them came to eat and the credit card was declined, the restaurant owner said that boy yelled saying that he has $60,000 credit on the credit card. How does a child in the University get  a credit card with $60k on it?

This is the new development and most of these kids accoring to Nigerians living in Toronto are Yoruba and Hausas.

More will come on these children of thieves.

  1. Nobody buys dizziness that will never lost balance and fall. It is a pity that Nigerian are far away from the truth. It is only in this country that I have seen that people are doing what is wrong and nobody is ready to correct it.
Nigeria is suffering from what I called class arrogation. If not that I see no reason why someone ll used public funds to build their personal home and we Nigerians quiet for it.
I know very soon justice will prevail. Many nigeria children are there studying under stress without food and acquiring the certificate no job ; those who are working are less paid.
