Now it’s time for Muslim leaders in the north, including the Emir of Kano to unequivocally speak against this madness.

Those who organized the protest against the Israeli attack on Palestinians should lead a protest against this act of barbarism. Failure would make non-Muslims see this as religious genocide.

I studied Religion, I mean all religions and I didn’t see where it was written that it is ok for one believer of a religion to kill believers of another religion.

You cannot call me an unbeliever because I don’t believe in what you worship. That does not make me an unbeliever; even if I don’t believe in God, I consider that as my belief.

It is imprudent now to play politics with innocent people’s lives and begin to play the blame games at the expense of people’s lives.

The attack on the Kano church is not only on Christians but on non-Kano indigenes since it happened in Sabon Gari. It is a provocative action and those who call themselves leaders should speak out now before we begin to witness counter-attacks on Muslims in southern states.

If you fail to act, believe that the bloods of those killed are and will be on your hands.

Mr. Jonathan Goodluck has, no doubt, failed to provide the needed leadership; he is too busy planning for second term of a clueless leadership. Unfortunately, the self-acclaimed progressives have failed to provide alternative leadership thereby creating a hopeless situation.

The poor people of Nigeria are now torn between clueless leadership of Jonathan and APC’s spineless opposition.

I have seen my friends on both sides of the aisles, some enjoy it as they smile to the banks, using proceeds from their political prostitutions to build houses, buy cars, fly family abroad on vacations and posting selfies on FB flaunting their unabashed lifestyle. Particularly those who are professional journalists now turned domesticated reporters who have sold their mighty pen for a plate of porridge and some “Civil Rights” activists becoming politicians under the guise of going there to effect a change.

People should not be using crisis like this for political advantage but to show good, meaningful and sensible leadership.

I think the people want to see more from these APC guys in terms of alternative approach to governing than trading blames on the pages of newspapers and smiling before cameras. If APC truly controls majority in the National Assembly let the people see legislations that will make changes in the present status quo.

Stop playing to the gallery and do something. Stop being a party of NO and be a Party of Do-Something.
