I was raised and born in Nigerian; obtained a BA and an MA in Religious Studies from the University of Ibadan, as well as a master’s degree in Communication from Trinity University in Washington, DC. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Journalism and a Master of Arts in PR and Strategic Communication.
With 26 years of extensive experience as an investigative journalist, I have had the honor of winning two prestigious journalism awards: the Nigerian Media Merit Award for Defence Reporter of the Year in 2000 and the Highway Africa Runner-Up Award for New Media Technology in South Africa.
During my journalism career in Nigeria, I specialized in reporting on critical beats such as defense, national security, corruption, politics, and crime, bringing depth and rigor to my investigative work.
